Q: What are DivideNPac bags made of?
DivideNPac bags are made from high-grade, semi-transparent TPU — lightweight, water-resistant, and easy to clean. Designed for travel, everyday carry, and game day.

Q: What sizes do the bags come in?
Available in 9x9 and 11x11 inches. The 9x9 is our compact size — ideal for kids, young adults, and minimalist carry. The 11x11 is our standard adult size.

Q: Can I use the bags for food?
Yes. Food-Grade Organizers are designed for snacks and small meals. For health and safety reasons, food-grade bags are non-returnable.

Q: Are DivideNPac bags TSA Friendly?
Yes. DivideNPac clear bags are TSA Friendly — designed to move through airport security in a single pass.

Q: Are DivideNPac bags durable?
Yes. Heat-sealed construction, reinforced zippers, high-grade TPU construction. Lightweight and built for real life.

Q: What if my bag arrives damaged or defective?
Our Quality Guarantee covers damaged or defective bags — we’ll replace yours promptly. Email returns@dividenpac.com to start a claim.

Q: How long will shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days of shipping. This is our maximum timeframe — many orders arrive sooner.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free standard shipping on domestic US orders over $50. Otherwise it’s a $5 flat rate.

Q: Where do you ship?
Across the US, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We also ship internationally via DHL and FedEx. We don’t currently ship to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses, or to Guam, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Marshall Islands, or Palau.

Q: Can I track my order?
Yes. Tracking details are emailed automatically once your order ships.

Q: Who do I contact if I have shipping questions?

Q: Can I return a bag if I change my mind?
We accept returns on full-price items within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging. Email returns@dividenpac.com to start.

Q: What about food-grade bags?
Food-grade organizers are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.

Q: What items are final sale?
Final sale items: sale items, Limited Edition collections, gift cards, food-grade organizers, and items returned without original packaging.

Q: How do I start a return?
Email returns@dividenpac.com within 15 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Please do not ship anything back without our authorization.

Q: Who pays to ship the return back?
You do, if you've simply changed your mind — use whichever carrier you prefer. If the return is our fault (a defect, the wrong item, or damage in transit), we send you a pre-paid label and it costs you nothing.

Q: Do I get the shipping I paid on my original order back?
There's no restocking fee, so the full product price always comes back to you. What happens to the original shipping depends on how you take the refund — back to your card, the $5 isn't returned (and if your order shipped free over $50, there's nothing to deduct); as store credit, you get everything back, shipping included. If the return is our fault, we refund the original shipping either way.
